Cancellation Policy I value your time and appreciate your understanding that as an independent salon owner, I am the sole service provider and earn income only when I am providing services to a client. Because of this, missed appointments and short-notice cancellations directly affect my ability to earn income. For this reason, the following cancellation policy is necessary and will be strictly enforced for all appointments, whether booked online or directly with me in the salon. General Appointments • A 45% non-refundable cancellation fee will be charged for any no-show or cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Color & Hair Extension Appointments • A 45% non-refundable cancellation fee will be charged for all color and hair extension appointments that are canceled or rescheduled less than 7 days in advance. • Color and extension services require extensive preparation, specialized products, and a significant amount of reserved time. These appointments are also typically booked weeks in advance, making short-notice cancellations especially difficult to fill. The 7-day cancellation window allows enough time to offer the appointment to another client and helps offset the substantial time and product costs associated with these services.
